CLOCK PROJECT

My clock design's idea is based on the relationship between time and human.

My clock is combine with 2 piece of acrylic. The back piece is surrounded with shadow images. I used different images to represent things or activities which we normally get in touch with everyday. For example, transportation, family, facebook, drinks and food etc. For the Front piece, I gave up to use numbers to show timing. I chose to use icons. Those icons represent different activities,like have coffe break, working,chatting,travelling etc.

I made 2 clocks with acrylic.

Since I feel that clock is no more just a timekeeping stuffs in our life, it's more like a decorative stuffs in our house. I tried to make my clock to be functional and decorative. Thus, I chose to use mirror acrylic, the reflection of mirror acrylic made the clock become less bored. 

I tired to use mirror acrylic as the back piece, the outcome is not good.
